MTH offers free estimates to new and returning customers. An MTH representative will meet with you at your convenience to talk about your project and write up an initial estimate.
Once the estimate is accepted and you agree to proceed with the proposed project, MTH will prepare a formal project contract and charge a consultation fee, which will range from $100 to $1,000, depending on the scope of the project. This consultation fee will be credited toward the final project invoice and is valid for one year from the date of the initial consultation.
