MTH Home Improvements offers the following services completely free of charge to our 65+ friends. If you know a friend or family member in need of the following services, please let us know and we will put them on our priority schedule.
Smoke Alarm Inspection
We will inspect all smoke alarms throughout the home, making sure that they are up-to-date and operative.
Stair and Handrail Inspection
We will inspect the entry & interior stairs and tighten any loose treads or handrails as needed.
Lightbulb Replacement
Is there a light bulb out that you can't reach? We will gladly replace your supplied light bulbs.

** MTH Home Improvements will provide the labor at no cost for the above services. The homeowner will be responsible for providing any parts or materials needed to complete these tasks. Major repairs will be billed at a discounted rate if needed.
